TownManual guides explain the local rules. These tools cut straight to the practical part: which office to contact, which official page proves it, and what to have in hand before you call.

How the tool stays honest
- Office names come from a stored official source title for that town, or from wording that already appears in that town's own guide. Nothing is invented to fill a blank.
- A phone number appears only when that exact number is printed in that town's guide for that same issue; otherwise the card says so and links to the official source.
- When a town has no guide for an issue, the card says exactly that and keeps the official link — it never guesses.
